The NANOVA™ Therapy System is indicated for patients who would benefit from wound management via the application of negative pressure, particularly as the device may promote wound healing through the removal of excess exudates and infectious material.
The NANOVA™ Therapy System is indicated for removal of small amounts of exudates from small chronic, acute, traumatic, subacute and dehisced wounds, partial thickness burns, ulcers (such as diabetic, venous or pressure), surgically closed incisions, flaps, and grafts.
The NANOVA™ Therapy System enhances an easy-to- use, absorbent dressing by combining it with negative pressure.
An absorbent wound contact layer
- Silicone wound contact layer, designed to be non-adherent.

The NANOVA ™ Therapy System is a modern wound dressing that exerts negative pressure. It is intended for somewhat smaller, superficial wounds with moderate to little wound fluid production.
It consists of a small vacuum pump, an adhesive wound dressing and GRANUFOAM ™ wound filler.
A tube is attached to the bandage and is connected to the pump.
Pressing the pump on the top removes all air from the dressing until the yellow indicator line is no longer visible. A vacuum is then created.
Due to this mechanism, the NANOVA ™ Therapy System does not require a battery or power source. It is completely silent, unobtrusive and small enough to carry in a jacket or trouser pocket. Moreover, it is easy to apply and you remain mobile.
